Elementary (Sunday)
An exciting experience for kids in 1st – 6th grades happens every Sunday morning during the 10am service. Harvest Kids is an exciting, interactive, practical experience designed to help your kids connect with Jesus while they have a blast with their friends. We meet in the newly remodeled Annex. Service is complete with worship, teaching, and interactive fun. Each month, we change out the stage design for the current theme of that month’s teaching. The kids always walk away with a “Big Idea” and “Memory Verses” to go with it.
Pre-School
At Harvest we love kids of all ages! Each week your preschooler is going to have a blast in the play area, have a snacks, and most importantly be taught about Jesus. It’s an environment with carefully chosen teachers that will help the basic Bible stories come to life. This class is for kids ages 3 1/2 thru Kindergarden. The younger ones must be potty trained to make the transition from the Babies class.
Babies
At Harvest we love kids of all ages! Each week your newborn is going to have a blast in the age appropriate play area, have a snack, and most importantly be taught about Jesus. It’s an environment with carefully chosen teachers that will help the basic Bible stories come to life. The nursery is located in the hallway just to the south of the sanctuary on the west side of the hall. Look for the ceiling sign hanging near the door. This class is for kids newborn – 3 1/2. The older ones won’t be allowed to transition until they are potty trained. *We do recommend that you newborn be at least 6 weeks old before coming into the nursery.
Wednesday
On Wednesday nights, we’re downstairs for the entirety of the time. We have our big group time together in the room we like to call, “The Studio.” From there we will have various activities, crafts, games, worship, teaching, and small groups. During this time we are still driving home the same “Big Idea” that we have been focusing on since the previous Sunday.
Leadership
Mrs. Tina is the director of Harvest Kids and has a passion to help kids connect with Jesus, make friends and have fun in the process. Church shouldn’t be boring and each week she and her team of volunteers pour their hearts into making Harvest Kids a place that is exciting.
